The Pollard Building

This property was originally built as part of the Broadway Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN, and is known as the Pollard Building. The Pollard Building served as the education and office building for the Broadway Baptist Church. The structure is undergoing renovation to become apartments and will have an additional fourth and fifth floor constructed, as well as a renovation of the ground level set to house a restaurant or bar.
