Daugherty Lofts

This five story building in downtown Clinton, TN was formerly home to the Daugherty Furniture Store. Built in 1942, the Daugherty building stands as one of the largest buildings in Clinton. It was renovated to become modern loft style apartment units. This historic building will now serve the community as an additional high quality downtown living option. Daugherty Lofts was completed and occupied March 2025.
